Drawing from mentors at RMIT Activator, KaosPilot, and through experience delivering Learning & Development professionally, I’ve facilitated workshops for between 9 and 90 people, from 8 minutes of targeted programming to 8 weeks; working with groups ranging from Executive teams on one end to Vocational Education Teachers and warehousing on the other.

I pride myself in leveraging experiential learning wherever possible, and adopting principles of design thinking along with pre- and post- program surveys and metrics to measure progress and adapt.
